Concert Ticket Booking System - Magento

Hi we are trying to build an extension to our current magento based store. we are trying to build a theatre booking system. we want a create a dynamic map where customers can choose specific seats for a concert on a specific dates. this dynamic theatre map should also have different zones for different pricing. this is the outline: Concert/theatre map: - up to 2400 seats for 15 different concerts. - Up to 8 different type of ticket prices depending on location - Customer should be able to select type of ticket and then be able to choose specific seating on map. - map should show available/unavailable. - Customer can choose multiple tickets within specific ticket type. - when a customer choose a ticket type the entire map should show but he can only choose for the specific section.
