I'm looking for an experienced developer to establish a comprehensive conference event management system. It should be carefully designed and implemented with the following features: - Event Registration: Attendees should be able to sign up for an event with convenience. - Agenda and Speaker Management: The system should manage the conference agenda efficiently and allow easy coordination of speakers involved in the event. - Attendees Management: Superior attendees’ handling mechanism should be included to ensure smooth event operation. - Ticketing and Payment: A secure and easy-to-use ticketing and payment system needs to be incorporated for better attendee experience. - Group Administration: Sufficient tools for group administration should be available for effective management. - Schedule: A detailed event schedule creation and management tool is required for better planning. - Email/Notification/Updates: Functionality for dispatching emails, notifications, and updates concerning the event should be present. - Visitor Badge Printing: The system should support badge printing for attendees and visitors. In terms of integration, the system needs to be compatible with existing payment gateways. Ideal skills and experience for the job include strong proficiency in web development, prior experience in event management software, and skills with integrating payment gateway systems. Familiarity and understanding user experience design is also pivotal. Insight into the industry specific requirements of event management is a bonus.
