DO NOT APPLY if you have no idea about wordpress, centos/apache or php, of if your idea of freelancing is to spam applications and then google solutions. Waste my time, I will report you.
------------------------
PROBLEM: WORDPRESS WON'T PUBLISH MANUAL POSTS.
PROBLEM: WORDPRESS WON'T UPLOAD FILES/MEDIA. RETURNS HTTP ERRORS.
POSSIBLE: PHP HANDLING ERROR. APACHE ERROR. MAYBE BAD INSTALL OF WHM/CENTOS. (I'VE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ON WORDPRESS LEVEL.. LOOKS LIKE BACKEND)
SOLUTIONS:
*HAVE REBUILT APACHE TO 2.4 AND 5.5 (DIDN'T WORK)
*HAVE DISABLE SAVE_AUTOPOSTS IN [login to view URL]
*HAVE REBUILT WORDPRESS INSTALL
*HAVE FLUSHED RAM. HAVE INCREASED MEMORY LIMITS
Outline:
My RSS Feeders (autoblog) can auto publish posts just fine. I however, cannot publish manually created posts. When finishing and publishing a post, I am returned to the post table. The rare occasions I can, it will save as a draft and not publish.
I cannot upload any files, whether zips or images through the wordpress loaders. I have to manually do so through file manager in cPanel.
This needs to be fixed ASAP. Within 24-hours.

Problems like this in Wordpress are almost always related to file permissions. Can you tell me the exact errors you are getting? Have you checked the Apache log? I can do all of those things for you and get it figured out.
I have 10 years experience developing with Wordpress. 15+ years experience with PHP, Javascript and MySQL. I run all of my own servers with Apache, PHP and MySQL. I normally use Ubuntu but I have use CentOS in the past.
Thanks,
-Dave
