Build a Website

I am migrating from an old Joomla website to a new Joomla website. The new joomla website is up and running with CommunityBuilder installed but needs the following done: 1) configure community builder on new website 2) migrate data from old website community builder to new website community builder 3) install community builder membership subscription add-on 4) migrate membership data from old website/old subscription system into new community builder membership add-on 3) connect community builder membership add-on to my paypal account so that new users can renew and join with payment going to my paypal account.
