Build a Website

Basic members with MySQL backend for user accounts that allows sign-up/login. Once the user has signed up they should be able to login and link their amazon cloud account then click a button that will spin up a AWS Instance that will contain our python app as well as ACD_CLI from GitHub mounting their cloud drive as a folder with full read/write permissions. They should also be able to destroy the said AWS instance if they wish on their own.
