Build a Search Toggle in Opencart mobile website.

I am looking for a programmer who can make a search toggle in my client's Opencart 3 mobile website from about 768px. Right now on mobile, it's just a magnifying glass button with a search field that is always visible. See attachment. I would like that if the magnifying glass icon is clicked, the search input field opens and you can fill in your search terms. After hitting enter, it should then redirect to the search page and give the search results.
