Build a Instagram automatic tool

I need someone to build a complete Instagram Automatic Tool just like these ones but with better looking design and more customizable. Its basically a script where users can sign up, login, add their instagram accounts, then they can auto post, schedule posts, either picture, videos, or stories, can they post on multiple accounts at the same time, they can send direct messages to their followers in bulk, send comments in bulk to many accounts at the same time, have a better insight of their account. I need a membership too, where i can create packages and plans to charge them monthly and annually, via paypal and pagseguro.
