Build an advanced affiliate website in joomla with downline views and automated processes

I'm attaching a full project description here. Designs will be provided later. Please do NOT bid on the job unless you have read everything in DETAIL and have a FULL understanding of the project. PM's like "let's chat about details" will be disregarded fully and cancelled. I'm looking for a serious person/firm who can accomplish this within shortest possible time. Unfortunately I have very bad experiences with freelancers when it comes to more advanced sites so you must also accept the following terms: 1. 50% of the full amount is escrowed before we begin. 2. Once everything is 100% finished, tested and APPROVED by us on your server the first 50% is released and the remaining 50% is escrowed whereby you move everything to our server. 3. Once everything is again tested and approved on our server the remaining 50% is released. Do NOT BID on this project unless you accept those terms since nothing else is of interrest to us. Also do NOT bid if you don't have a good track record here with great feedback and advanced projects completed.
