Must write a C++ software (binary executable), that will work transparently to the user (no window or dialog box), must write logs (debugging which can be enabled or not). The software will be used to automate votes, to a few specific websites, it requires captcha to be decoded, using external services such as Decaptcher or Death By Captcha. It must store user IP in an external web server, in order to avoid duplicated votes from the same IP (in the same day), preventing captcha resources from being lost.

I am very interested in your project, I specialize in website design, data mining, autonomous website interaction, data aggregation and analytics from various sources. Including websites, PDFs, office documents, even inside of exe files. I am confident I can complete this task, by forging incoming and outgoing HTTP GET/POST headers I can simulate a real world user in a web browser and automate votes very easily. I have also worked with APIs like Death By Captcha and others in the past so implementing this should be quick and painless. Also in the future if you are looking to expanded the project I am familiar with OCR libraries like OpenCV and Tesseract to preform real time character recognition. Most people on this website are part-time today and gone tomorrow. With myself you are not just paying for a project, you are making a business connection with a developer.
