Arhcitecture and consultation discussion of project stage 1

Stage 1. - system architecture and technical consultation project Required - Project discussion - the outcomes of this project are; communication of UI and backend technical needs, requirement's and architecture for me to be able to decide if a full project budget is to be set and the full project be given the go ahead. I am not a technical person. Documentation is required of technology to be used, what, why, how, when. Communication of idea and discussion of steps which might be involved in designing, coding, database, UI, backend and other items . Milestones - these will be set as follows 1. SLA signed (before milestones set in freelancer + NDA) 2. Brief delivered so Freelancer person can assess the project and accept or decline offer 3. Consultation of the project $TBA probably 10% - 30% of the project fee. 4. Documentation $TBA Estimate 90% to 70% project fee. 5. Discussion for stage two budget - Award stage 2 $budget Stage 2. Fully scoped and budgeted project - available on completion of stage 1.
