Amazon API Data Extraction and PHP coding

Need a tool using Amazon API to extract 3 types of FBA report data and place it in DB. A php program will present a dialog shown in attached excel sheet lines 1-3 and produce results like lines 7-22 from that DB. For reference 3 images are at the bottom of sheet as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] & 3.png. The selected data should be download-able in an excel and/or CSV format. In your proposal, provide specific details of how you will accomplish this job. You will provide source and full documentation of the completed work. Must be able to communicate via skype. If this job is done well then expect more jobs to come after this.
