Adding user registration and a Forms based feature into WordPress website

We are building a small WordPress (Enfold theme based) site and require following feature to be setup quickly: 1. User registration: Custom Signup/login (should also be able to signup/login using Facebook) 2. Next is actual requirement: a Questionnaire/Forms based feature needs to be build, here's a quick overview: i)- user will enter his own and his Friend/Partner name at start ii)- next, before starting filling Questionnaire, he will select/deselect categories to be answered (e.g. Work, Home, Entertainment etc) each category will consist of few 4-6 questions; can be single choice, multiple choice, text fields or any other form element - questions phrases can also include user's own or Friend/partner name he provided at start(i) iii)- He will start filling, each page will show one category questions and before submitting, he will enter his Friend/Partner email to invite him/her to fill exactly the same. iv)- Now it will be partner turn to fill the same (should signup before filling, if he/she is not already a member of website) 3. Once his partner also completes filling, he (the first user) will be notified and a downloadable customized report will be available to both which they can view/download (report will include just the answers both have provided to same questions in a little customized format) Please bid only if you can quickly build this feature (preferably within one day), Requirement for now are just: i. adding user registration feature ii. setup this forms based Questionnaire (for now with just sample 3,4 categories with sample questions) iii. at the end making the report available to view/download for both users.
