Add feature to my existing script

I want to add a feature on my existing script feature 1 : Add a text input, so user can input any character and then saved to database by choosing approve from dropdown menu, and add a notification that text input must be fill before able to save to database feature 2 : add a notification when choosing disapprove. popup notify is for make sure user if they really attend to disapprove or choosing by mistake. if user click yes, then continue with disapprove function that already worked on my site, if user click no, then it will go to previous state and no function will be run Note: - Basically you are add those feature above on my existing working script so the function from my previous script supposed to be worked without problem - I can guide you to the direct file that responsible for this function and I can tell you which column and which database. - I need under 3 hours completed time - My budget is 30$ for the top, so dont waste your time for recruiter that looking above 30$
