We bought a template from monster templates. We have done the customization of the template for our business but the contact form is not activated. The template comes with a sub-routine for the contact form in PHP and HTML but we are not that tech savvy and we haven't been able to activate the template. It is probably something so simple but we can not figure it out. I would bet that for one with knowledge it would take between 10 to 20 minutes work. The task in hand is to activate the contact form using the sub-routine that comes with the template. For a sample follow the link. This requires a HTML change and might also include a PHP change. Without affecting the coding standards, will make sure the requirement of activating the form is fulfilled.
