This job will take you some time to learn but once you have got the picture it will supply you with a modest but secure monthly income. - Developes a motivated and engaged team (2 - 4 members) through effective recruitment and selection on Freelancer - Ensures personnel obtains and maintains appropriate training, qualifications and proficiencies - Supervises and coordinate the team to add 100.000 ads to the network according to instructions - Keeps team members up to date with instructions and clearly understand the role that they play in achieving the company's objectives - Interacts and coordinate with the team, provides leadership and direction to project personnel - Activates Freelancers and Clients (username, password, role) - Reports on the performance of the team - Keeps track of the work completed (Google Doc) - List websites + password (Google Doc) Skills and experience - Expert in WP and WPMU - At least 5 years' proven experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience - Previously worked as a Manager / Team Leader / Supervisor level within a freelance environment - Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, both written and verbal - Ensuring project scope is accomplished within schedule and budget - Complete written and verbal fluency in at least English - Good communication and interpersonal skills Don’t - Ask for price raisings.
