CodeIgnitor project - Need someone who can dedicate the next 24 hours

I've been working with a freelancer for the last one week, and the progress made by him till now is quite honestly, pathetic. I'm looking for someone who is experienced and can get a few features put in place quick. You can either fix the bugs in his code which may take about 10 hours or get the features done fresh using my version 1.0 code. In which case it maybe about 20 hours. Only bid if you can deliver quick results. The milestones can be setup. But, no milestones are released till the relevant work is completed.
