After couple of attempts to get hourly projects going, I am posting this job for monthly hiring. The work will go beyond month limit and once work is done, developer will assume new work from my side . You can consider it as full time employment and I am okay as long as work is good and timely. Anyways I need developer well versed with PHP frameworks and core php to fix few scripts (some of them are in laravel, few in CI and few in core) and post that support work on the same scripts. And after development of scripts is done we will start with wordpress sites. Giving nature of employment, I would prefer local developers (Indian) however, developers from other countries are okay as long as I can connect with them easily and oversee work. As for milestone, I prefer 20:20:20:30 i.e. 20 at start, 20 at end of 2nd week, 20 at end of 3rd week and 30 at end of month to keep myself safe and to avoid situations later on. I would request bidders to bid with best they have to offer on hourly and monthly rates. Given the nature of work, you can easily work for over year with me on projects I have before moving to support phase, so be wise while bidding.
