XML or Php code for web scraping

Project is very simple and code is of few lines only, My basic need to scrap some contents from a website and post it to a forum, What I want from you is => Just write a php/xml code for web scraping, which i paste manually to forum, you just have to make a code, I will give you site name from where data is to be grabbed, just 3-4 entries are to be grabbed from that site. Kindly Bid accordingly, its a task for less than 30 minutes, But project is very urgent, i am not going to wait for last date.
