A website for a school - simple html/css good pay

I need a website done similar to: http://heritageacademies.com/schools-locator/state=OH simple design which is open to the coder! I need it in html/css and not in rush to get it done soon. I just need someone who is dedicated to his work and can give me updates every 2/3 days on the work. I will pay good for the one who can give me the best design and will gift you at the end too. My friend did a website here and referred me to this website, he told me that you can get good coders so lets see how it goes here guys! The website is 8-10 pages.
