website design for 5 pages

I need a nice looking design for a simply structured website. For this project I require someone with experience in css, and good design skills including ability to manipulate images with gimp or adobe photoshop or similar. deliverable is essentially css for 5 template pages each corresponding to the major sections of the site. Open to reasonable bid requests and will happily pay bonus awarded for a result that really looks nice. Prefer bidders who can submit 1 demo of their work. ## Deliverables The basic structure of the website is one horizontal div on top and 3 columns. The columns contain left: menus, and submenus middle: text content (largest) right: menus or other content The top section can have a horizontal image either above or under the image will be the 5 tabs corresponding to the sections This is a typical layout, an example is [login to view URL] One thing I would like is that the active tab has a different background color , then the others and this is the same as the background over the active text. The five sections for the tabs are music, games,travel, photography, partners. I am also open to purchasing relevant images from [login to view URL], it would then be the job of the designer to use a tool to embed the relevant text into the image. The idea is clearly to make the style and the chosen images match the key words (except for partners, which is a more abstract). I would like something original so that the words music, travel, photography are presented in as text overlayed on the background image as in the example website given above. Deliverable: css style sheets for the 5 sections, each should have a different look, and there must be at least 2 photos per section (possibly purchased by me from fotolia) or obtained for free from the net. note: styling for menus should be provided only for a menu and a submenu on the left column, (I can reuse this on the right column as well). define the style for the text in the center. 1. html per section (5 in all), which demos the concept.
