PSD to HTML/CSS/JS

I need a freelance web developer to turn a high-quality website design (in neatly layered PSD format) into HTML/CSS code. If you do well on the initial design, I'll have more for you to work on later. I'm definitely looking to establish a long-term business relationship with the right developer. ## Deliverables Please include the following in your bid: -How many hours a week can you do freelance work? -Hourly rate: -Payment methods accepted: -URL of portfolio*: -Are you willing and able to do voice calls on Skype? -What doctype do you usually use? -What open-source frameworks and libraries do you use? -Favorite blogs/websites on web design/development: -3 words that describe you as a freelance web developer: *If you have no online portfolio, please list links to live sites you have developed, and the tasks you accomplished for each (design, template coding, theming, back-end coding, maintenance, etc.). It will have the same level of detail and requirements as the design above, so let's take it as a sample. Suppose I provide the above design to you in layered PSD format. I ask you to give me the code for the design, with the content already placed in. I just need the HTML/CSS/images. There is no CMS or JavaScript involved. -What steps will you take in turning it from PSD to the final deliverable? Please be as detailed as possible. -How many work hours will it take you to accomplish this? -How long will it take from receiving the files to delivering the requirements to me? For your bid, please quote how much you would charge if you were asked to do the above design. You may revise your quotation once I provide you the actual design. I know I've asked a lot of questions, but I'm serious about looking for (and hiring) a quality freelancer. It might motivate you to know that few applicants will take the time to even read the entire job description.
