Kiosk application with ecommerce

Koisk touch screen application with Ecommerce system that either doubles as a web site or includes a seperate ecommerce web site as part of this job. Users can touch screen, pay, and download music and video files, and then plug in their mobile device to the Kiosk and web site and download the music or video file. It must either have a lot of mobile phone device drivers already installed or not need such drivers. I need to see lots of kiosk experience in your bid and prefer English speaking persons workign in USA time. I know my client can afford 6K but how much more I dont know for sure. We also need recomndationsas to what computers to buy, what OS to use, and what Kiosk software we need. ## Deliverables The Kiosk program and ecommerce site should work together. My first is most familiar with the Oscommerce ecommerce cart but we are not bound to that. You will be interacting with my client directly. I get requests like this about three times a year. and lookign for lon term partners.
