Full Time Coldfusion Web Development Position + CMS + MySQL ETC

We are a website development company in Ontario, Canada We are considering the possibility of Sub Contracting out some of our work, and would like to hire a full time employee - remotly. This employee MUST have the following 1. Expert Knowledge of Coldfusion with examples, and referals 2. Expert Knowledge of MySQL 3. Expert Knowledge of jquery, ajax 4. Able to Mulit-taks, and handle multiple projects at the same time. 5. Able to REAL AND WRITE ENGLISH VERY WELL 6. Be in Constant Communication with our company 7. Back all files up to our server daily/semi-daily 8. Be Full time with our company only, and 100% time dedicated to us. Bascially we are looking for someone to hanlde MULTIPLE websites at the same time, take GOOD notes when things are explained so that we dont have to go over the same things over and over. This person must work 9am - 5pm EST and always be avaiable to chat on the phone, and have email open ALL time time for urgent updates.
