Freelancer Webdesigner/programmer

Looking for a talented freelancer web designer who is patient, forward thinking, dedicated, experienced, honest and nice person to work with. Pprojects in order of importance: 1, I have a reseller hosting & domain registration account. I want to set it up under its own URL selling hosting plans and domain registrations. Original design not template that is already used. Create a link on my current functional live website that will take people to my hosting website.
