Enhance Existing Wordpress Theme With New Photoshop Template

We need an existing Wordpress template to be adjusted to a new graphical layout that's provided as a layered Photoshop file. The pages for this website currently already exist, and are built using a certain Wordpress theme called 'OptimizePress'. It's important that we keep making use of this theme, as it offers some specific functionality and capabilities that we need for the launch of a particular product (in terms of page flow, funnel management, etc.). Within this theme it's possible to choose specific page templates for the display of each page. It's on this level that we require changes. We simply need a different layout. In simple terms, for this job, we can probably use these existing templates as a basic structure for the layout, but need to transform it to a different graphical display. We cannot get rid of the theme though, because it has certain functionalities that we need to keep using. So probably the most straightforward way to do this job is to create new templates within this particular wordpress theme. As such, you can use the existing templates as a foundation, so we retain the functionalities offered by this Wordpress theme, while having a completely new graphical display. As such, you probably need basic graphical skills, as well as good skills with HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress. The attached document describes the requirements in great detail. Because of the great amount of detail, it may look more complex than it is at first. It's rather a pretty straightforward job that entails enhancing an existing Wordpress theme with a new graphical template.
