We are looking for a quote on help to design a website template for us under a short timeframe, and in the future would be able to help with design of the website theme.

We would later need help designing the theme for the website, and we will manage the content through wordpress
I need someone who can complete the template within 4 weeks of us starting together, and would be able to make changes to the template as we go (so either have flexibility built into the price or an hourly rate). You would need to sign on as a contractor. Please send me some examples of your past work as well.
