Fixing dropdown menu on Wordpress theme site

I have a website [login to view URL] that has a problem with the theme's dropdown main menu. It worked fine before, but recently it's stopped working. Maybe due to upgrading to the latest version of Wordpress. I need the menu to look and work like it did before. I've set the menu to be always showing now, but I need it working normally again, as a dropdown menu. I can provide FTP logins and Admin level Wordpress access.
