Create WordPress Plugin: Option to Upload a Photo on Comment

Please PM me with other WordPress plugins you've created. This plugin is simple: -We'd like to give users the ability to upload a photo with their comment -If a comment has an image, it will show up above the comment text as a thumbnail. Clicking the thumbnail will "expand" the image to it's full size - still above the comment text. Clicking it again will shrink it back up. -There should be a simple settings page for this plugin that allows the admin to set the thumbnail size, full size image size, css style code for the border of the thumbnail (simple text field) We will most likely be creating more wordpress plugins for this site.
