BuddyPress custom member-loop

We are looking for a developer who can accomplish the two following tasks in a WordPress / BuddyPress setup: A. Create a custom profile field (BuddyPress) which will be a select-box of all users who's custom profile field (Job) is equal to (Assistant). B. Create a custom member-loop (BuddyPress) to display each Assistant and the members they are associated with (via custom profile field in item A). The idea is to have an assistant directory and see who each of them work for. We will provide detailed specs on request. Regards, C.
