Add Isotope plugin on custom made Wordpress theme with NextGen Gallery

I have finished Wordpress (with custom made template) website who using NextGen Gallery. Gallery is working fine. Now, I want to add Isotope filter to that Gallery, and I found 2 plugins, and installed, but not working - probably that problem is in jQuery version or something similar. Also, galleries uploaded on that website need to work with isotope plugin, not to upload it again (if it is possible). Budget for this project is 10-30$. I'll provide links later when freelancers bid on project. Thank you.
