Maths Learning Software(repost)

I am looking for someone to develop a stand alone Maths Learning application that will be used? to teach younger children. It should be easy to use, easy to install, and have specific pop up help for users. ## Deliverables This Maths Learning application being targeted to younger children must be simple to use. I have more detailed specifications which will be provided to the successful coder. There is a requirement to have Voice prompting for some of the learning features. Screen 1 : User Details screen (new user / existing user) Screen 2 : User selects specific Maths learning feature Screen 3 : User answers questions (statistics are kept / stored for each user) Require Help or pop ups to be displayed by user putting mouse on specific fields / tabs. Some data is required to be stored (in some database). This data will be specific for each user that uses the system. This is not a complex application but really a typical screen display / prompt series that asks the user to enter information and gives user feedback on whether details are correct / incorrect. This completed application will be downloaded by the user off a website. Installation should be simple and the user should then only be able to install this application on 3 seperate machines. So effectively they get a licence to install the application on three seperate machines (no more). Happy to answer any specific questions.
