It would be standalone windows desktop application with selection for input file and outpue file. 1. Input file will be tab separated .txt file. Please process all rows that has SKU starting with EDLPS. 2. if ISBN # corresponding that SKU is available on [login to view URL] and cost in my file same as the member price on [login to view URL] no action. 3. If [login to view URL] price is different than cost in input file, then please add SKU to output file. 4. If item is not available in stock then also add? SKU to output file. Even if item is available for ship in future time (1-2 weeks, 4-6 weeks) then also it would be couted as not available. 5. Output file would only have four colums: a. SKU. Coming from Input file. b. cost. Selling price on [login to view URL] c. Price. (Cost + Max ($12, 10% cost) ) * 1.18 4. Qty. 0 (zero) if unavailable and 3 if price changed. I have also attached excel file explaining this by example and sample input file. Thanks
