Availability Channel Management application development for Joomla holiday travel website

Holiday rental properties often list on multiple travel portals to reach a wider audience of prospective guests. More and more often these travel portals display their availability in online calendars, and often customers can book online. Channel availability calendars that are out-of-date can result in double booking of rooms (inventory) leading to refunds and unhappy customers. I would like to develop a Channel Manager application that manages and displays availability (inventory) for holiday rental properties across multiple channels. To do this the application needs a 2-way interface with various sales channels including our own Joomla website (using Joomloc online bookings engine) and 3rd party online holiday booking websites. The property manager should be able to edit the Channel Manager calendar with bookings they make directly. They should also be able to select the sales channels that they use and synchronise their 'Central Inventory' with these channels for uniform display of availability. The Channel Manager application needs to automatically update the Central Inventory with online channel bookings made and populate this availability to all sales channels (our website and other 3rd party websites) to keep their online inventory current and prevent double-booking of holiday dates. Property room availability should be output as a calendar for display on client's website (effectively just another channel). The software will be licensed to participating property managers for use. 30 day trial version to be available for free download from our website, that can be activated with a randomly generated license key. Purchase will be via Community Builder Subscriptions (CB Subs) and download/license key need to be compatible. The process of adding and removing 'sales channels' should be simple and intuitive for non-technical users. Each channel will have their availability calendar that must be kept up-to-date so that bookings are not duplicated. The purpose of this channel manager tool is to simplify the process of managing pricing and room availability for our clients. They simply select the 'channels' they use, update their 'inventory' and this information is automatically populated to these participating channels. The channel manager software will be distributed to our holiday rental clients for their use under license from us. The application should also generate a simple calendar for the client to display on their website. that clearly shows their availabiltiy for each of their rooms. There may be other elements required to achieve this objective and I am relying on the experience of the successful coder to assist/advise me about this.
