Auto post to Craigslist.com

I would like a program written in C# with windows User interface that can automatically submit to craigslist. the program show take the same parameters as what craigslist requries such as post heading age location description images (up to 4) the program should also have the ability to select which of the listing on craigslist to post to. Ie users should be able to select by city category (personal, community, housing, etc) this is an example of a post I would like to have automated. Right now it takes a lot of work to post to every city and every categoy. I would like a program to do this automatically.
