C# Analysis ToolPak

I need a reimplementation of all the functionality contained in Excel's ANALYS32 add-in (e.g. DURATION, YIELD, ...). Detailed information is available in the Excel help. If you have never worked with the analysis toolpack before, you should probably not place a bit on this project. Please contact us to discuss open questions, mile stones and costs before placing your bid. It will be helpful for us if you can supply the following with your initial message or shortly thereafter: - references to similar projects completed by you - a rough estimate of time and costs required - your hourly rate for any additional work required after project completion Please note the additional requirements described under "Deliverables". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. **Special care is required to ensure accuracy, compatibility, proper library design and documentation**: a) Excel based automated test cases (using both real-world values and randomized input data) must cover the full range of inputs for each function. Software to aid in the development of Excel-based test cases will be provided by Buyer. b) Optional parameters must be implemented as function overloads where possible. Otherwise, default values must be provided using attributes for compatibility with VB.NET. Default values must be documented as described below. c) Implementation must adhere to the Microsoft "Design Guidelines for Developing Class Libraries" as verified by FxCop. d) All functions, parameters, return values, exceptions must be documented in proper English using /// XMLDOC. Tags used must be compatible with NDOC. e) Samples must be provided in C# and VB.NET, both as a sample project and included with XMLDOC. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. An installer is not required. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Seller will sign NDA. ## Platform .NET 1.1 and later on Windows and Linux (using the mono runtime). VS2005 can be used during development, but deliverables must be buildable in VS2003 targeting .NET 1.1.
