Wordpress product catalog plugin

I have been looking for a catalog plugin for my site but I was unable to find what I'm looking for so I'm looking here for someone to make it. First off my site is running under Wordpress and its Arabic and as so displays from Right to Left (RTL). What I'm looking for is a plugin that acts like a catalog. We will be selling products and I would like to list all the products with all the appropriate information. This is not a shopping cart as I will not be accepting orders online. Think of it as an eShop with no checkout. I need to list the product, images, description, price and availability. I hope I was able to explain what I'm looking for. If not please ask for clarification. Also I need this done ASAP, preferably within a week max of winning the project.
