Wordpress Landing Page

We need a landing page created (and editable) within Wordpress that will integrate into our existing theme. E-mail for our site. The Landing page shall have the following functionality: -LayerSlider Plugin (we will provide) -4 layered slides (designed by you), consistent with company branding, inserted into LayerSlider Plugin within Wordpress with visual effects (see examples at [login to view URL]) -3-4 buttons (designed by you) that scroll the consumer to the appropriate section of the landing page (parallax effect) -Images (media companies - ABC News, Fox Business, etc) with mouseover effects -Top and bottom opt-in boxes that connect with the client's CRM system - Process Peak. See attached mockup. VERY IMPORTANT -All textual elements of the page are designed in readable/indexable HTML text. Rasterized text as part of an image will not be accepted. -All images must be custom designed or legally purchased / licensed. We will need documentation that all images used were legally acquired. -We will not release any payment until the client is happy with the project and any/all bugs have been worked out. The initial design mockup (PSD) must be delivered by tomorrow. The entire project must be delivered within 7 days. If you cannot commit to this timeline, do not bid. We are looking for a truly creative freelancer who has experience in marketing as the primary purpose of this page will be to capture leads. The budget is between $100 and $150. Bids higher than this will not be considered.
