Website Templates

I am a School Teacher looking for a Template Designer that can Modify a Basic Template Script that was purchased which shall be furnished for the Main Page of an eCommerce Website under development. An image file of the Main Webpage is attached with this posting. There needs to be several modifications made including Layout, Graphics and Color, but the idea is primarily the same. I need a total of 7 to 10 pages additional pages of Content that shall be linked to the Main Template. The Template Designer needs to work in Coordination with my Programmer. The Main Page and Subordinate Pages must be written in PHP/HTML as we are developing our own CMS. Please be considerate as we have a limited resource budget. Finally, further website requirements shall be furnished upon request. Thanks!
