Website Template

I have been browsing website templates all morning and can't seem to find one that I like, mainly because a lot of the sites post the same templates over and over again. I customized, HTML, FLASH and JOOMLA templates in the past, I just can't seem to find a layout that I like, so I thought I would give the freelancer community an opportunity to show me some designs. The company is called Gig Above. We offer home computer troubleshooting/support, business hardware/software design and we offer special rush services for problems that need immediate solutions. We're basically a technical consulting company that assists residential and business customers with all of their computer needs. I will put all of the content into your design, I'm just looking to pay the person who comes up with a design that I like. Here are some templates that I've considered, but none of them are "IT".
