132127 Website Design w/ Script

We have purchased a template for a website index page and need this new design implemented on our site. We currently ahve a basic site design installed on our server and we need to make the pages generated by the script similar to the template we have purchased. We have a budget for this project of no more than $100 US and will only accept bidders with a feddback score. We need this design done ASAP.
