109147 Pligg Modification

I posted this project a week ago. PLEASE READ THE FULL PROJECT BEFORE BIDDING. I have since installed Pligg v 9 on the server/domain already and created the MySql d base. What is needed now is a programmer FAMILLIAR with Pligg to make the Pligg look like , act like , function like a complete 100% clone of www tickerhound dot com I am looking for the ability to add 10 RSS feeds to start which I can provide with the ability to add more in the future. I WANT ALL THE SAME features and function as (to be provided) with the logo's for the other site listed below. Finished project must: 1- Be web 2.0 inspired 2- Include original PSD files 3- Include logo's from site (to be provided) adjusted to fit. 4- Be able to utilize adsense or other popular ad networks, adwords and amazon. 5- All the look and feel of current site (to be provided) + Web Design with the new layout to be totally similar to that of "www dot ticker hound dot com" so basically combining p l i g g dot com, (to be provided) and www dot tickerhound dot com 6- The function to bury a story for spam or dead link I would like that mod completed finished and tested for me so it works straight off. I would like to run the mod everyday and it will be working with at least 10 RSS feeds I will provide. It's not too big of a job, as the foundation for it is already done, all it needs is fine-tuning.
