JOOMLA WEBSITE - repost

I HAVE MADE SOEM CHANGES TO THE PROJECT. INSTEAD OF WORDPRESS I WANT TO SWITCH TO [login to view URL] the last few months I trusted somebody who did not do the job. So disappointed. The website has been built in part, but not finished, so I need somebody who can finish the work. I want to SWITCH from Wordpress to JOOMLA. I bought a nice template that I want to use and the template has most of the features built in, so it is just a matter of changes, arranging and making looking better. I already have the logo and background to implement into the design but they are not attached to this project. These links were not linked correctly. Each one must just cause the picture on the main page to change. It should be just like a nativation. For instance when someone clisks on Joy, it should change the picture on the main page to the smiling women with the quote on JoyAll pages need contents and the content need to be professionnaly [login to view URL] the page where it says : Project, i want the page to be like this [login to view URL] page on Recent graduate, should be like that too. A picture of our graduate and when you click on okBudget is $200 to $300 any bids exceeding that will be ignored. I will not release any milestone payments until I see the design and am 100% happy with it. I will not create a milestone payment more then $100 that will be released when I am happy with the design and I have the PSD source files. Once I am happy I will create another milestone payment before installation. Once installed and everything is functioning properly I will release full payment.
