help designing a real estate website using wordpress

I am a new webdesigner in the middle of of developing a real estate website using wordpress. I need some handholding to get this project finished. I am using wp-property plugin etc to accomplish this task. What I need is some tech support type of help to answer my questions as and when I get stuck need a bid for a 5 hour tech-support/tutoring during this project. This must be split into half-hourly blocks and must be telephone based. so for example If the total bid is $50 ($10 per hour) for 5 hours then for every half hour I use I'll pay $5 etc.
