A full working one page website

A full working one page website. Its a simple page that you can play mp3 (or similar) sounds in loop clicking on buttons (gif images). It should be Jquery or something that can run on tablets (cant be flash). When you click another button, the first one should stop automatically. Under the buttons, theres a scroll for volume. I need a alarm clock (again, not flash) similar to that one I used on layout. On the right, there are buttons with different colors that you can click and change background color. Please try to use colors similars to these ones. On the top right corner, i need facebook like button. Please include twitter and G+ as well. At the bottom, should be a space for a banner. Its just an example. No problem changing sizes, but I need that all page fits on screen. It should work on tablets and mobiles. I´ll send images of buttons and logo. I already have a designer.
