7761 freebie site script and design

I am looking for a programmer who has a freebie site script that will add mods that I need to it. I will only talk about the mods with the programmer I choose and once done this script can only be used by me personally and not resold. If you do not know what a freebie site is then do not bid, if you do not have an example so I can see the admin and members area then please provide one with your bid. Total mods will not be extensive and should be able to get developed in under a week. I am also looking for a complete design also including a logo design to go with my company name.
