Create a frontpage for our website.

We already have a website of our own that easily manageable by ourself. We are planning to expand our website in Dutch, German, English and French in the future. We would like a nice front page where visitors can come and select their language and then continue to our site in their language. We also have a small animation we would like to have a t the center of the page [login to view URL] However the animation should be made in a way so most of the poeple can vieuw it, eg Iphone, Ipad, mac, pc etc...
