Convert PSD to HTML & CSS & PHP - osCommerce

Hi, After a successful Web Design contest here on Freelancer.com we need a professional to turn the PSD file into a fully functional website. Our current site operates on the osCommerce platform so your work will need to incorporate this and you will be required to finish the project with all features working as they are at present. As the site is currently live and processing transactions the work will have to be done on a copy of the files or something so that it can be tested, etc before it goes live. The new design can be found here; [login to view URL] Our current website can be found here; [login to view URL] The new design is currently being finalised but it will only be vey slight design changes before you start on the project. When bidding please provide a timescale for completing the work. The coding will need to be efficient and fully complaint with all current web standards. It is not at present. It will also need to render properly on the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. It should also be functional to a good enough level on an iPad/iPhone.
