Content Driven Website Needed

Requirements I am after a website that is the combination [login to view URL] www.ishotmyself.com. I want the website to perform the functionalities of both websites just moulded into one. I really like the look and feel and functionality of [login to view URL] I am open to suggestion Design I want this website to visually appealing and nice on the eyes but also simple to navigate around like [login to view URL] . I need the design work done including the logos. Design Considersiderations Free Tour Contest Winners Featured / Just Uploaded Member Area Etc Etc Functions: Paysite Membership System Star Rating and Poll system like [login to view URL] and Fully Integrated Members Community functionally Stream Videos like Youtube with a flash player, also must convert uploaded movies .fla format and be presented on the website, plus ffmpeg functionality to use the first frame of the video for the website Can also download movies in a couple of different formats.(MPG or WMA) Rating, Comments, Views. I also like the rating, comments , views on the first frame Eg ([login to view URL]) scroll down to (Vids you must see from this week) Upload Video and Pictures Backend Content Management This is a Contest Driven website (Backend Management) and the ability to show the current Poll or Current Leaders within the contest (Category specific) Forum and or Blogging System integrated with the Community Members (Video’s /Pictures) Link Building and any other marketing features that I have missed (Again open to Suggestion) The ability to take Paypal payments as well a normal payment gateway eg CCbill Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
