Construiește un Site Web

Hi i want to make a website like [login to view URL] but something much simple than that. It will have 3 or 4 pages , main page (with: register / login / user area "in top right" some examples of before and after / some separation betwen areas and how it works area) second page (with: upload photo , some checkboxes and a field where to write customer request about changes to the photo , also a field where his details will be written email and phone number , and pay buttons for paypal and bank transfer) a third page an admin and stuff page where requests are organised and solved. a 4th page just in case we need it. I want to know what buged i need for such thing. I`ll make all the graphic design and placement ideas , i can help at css,css3 +html5 coding .
