We do not need an exact clone , as this is illegal but should be similar in functionality.
We will not be using it for adult themes, but for another market entirely.
Still, I want the functionality entact , including navigation for the end user, as
well as ability for people to open "stores".
Should be done in PHP/MYSQL.
Storage of files should be done on Amazon S3.
Integration with both credit card and paypal should be provided for end user.
There should be basic admin panel that lets us manage the stores , see
stats, etc... And there should be functionality to pay stores via paypal
or at least a report that does so....
